more content and more new chars… oficially… Mike and Balrog Boxer… is not same char and Black guy and blond guy from SFII intro not Mike and Joe… Scott and Max and yes… have profile and artwork.
Reviewing and analyzing these “concepts” and my thoughts on them (long post)

Go: Seems like an older, better Dan, which makes sense. His face resembles a Tengu/Mr Karate mask, which is a nice touch.
Nadeshiko: Not much to add. Alt Nadeshiko could be an interesting addition for the last season.
Joe: The main changes to Joe are his hair and a tight shirt. He seems ok, but still pretty generic.
Lee: This is actually interesting. They kept some parts of him, but this Lee has long hair instead of a ponytail and his face is less of a Chinese caricature. He would be an out-of-left-field tie in to Chun-Li, and represents a style yet unseen in Street Fighter. I would accept him as our official SFV stance character if they don’t want to add Gen. Touches like the red nose are pretty cool.
Mike: Looks like a middle aged retired boxer, a sort of fusion between Birdie and Balrog. Not all that interesting imo.
Eagle: MAH NIGGA EAGLE! His hair is a bit more flamboyant this time around, and they reimagined his suspenders completely. He seems more based off SF1 Eagle than CvS2 Eagle, which I don’t mind. He certainly has a “rugged” look, which I dig. The obvious change is to his weapons: they’re now tasers instead of plain ol’ sticks, which lines up pretty damn well with what I imagined would happen to him. It also makes the change to blue pants more understandable, as he might have blue-ish electricity effects. This version could feasibly share a roster with Dudley (who may be made more posh/formal), which is another big asset. Can I add how BAD ASS his pose is? He has the taser running, pointed at the camera, with a face that says “go ahead, make my day”, which sums up how I imagine he approaches his profession as a bodyguard. CAPCOM PLZ!
Geki: Hold on, let me clean my pants after looking at that Eagle concept… [changes clothes to cosplay as new-Eagle]
Geki: The big changes to this guy are in his weapon (now a sword/knife instead of a claw) and his hair, which I think gives him a little bit more personality. He could be an interesting character, but might overlap with Ibuki, so I would rather not see him until the end of this game’s lifespan.
Gouki: HOLY CRAP HE ATE ASURA FROM ASURA’S WRATH! Well, this is for everyone who wanted him to be more like Oni. Kinda cool…
Gouken: No major changes, with makes sense given he just appeared in SF4 and in Ryu/Rashid’s prologues.
Azam: YESSSS! Look at this nigga and tell me how he ISN’T perfect? Can I trade in Alex for this guy? I want a badass genie-grappler! His alt would likely be his story costume, which goes back to his wrestling days that put him against Zangief.
Goutetsu: I can see him appearing with quasi-shoto moves that are all redone to involve his staff. Pretty average outside of that, though.
Adon/Sagat: Pretty much the same characters we already knew. Sagat’s scar seems uglier, and I don’t remember having “MIRACLE” on Adon’s belt.
Gen: He seems pretty similar to his old versions, though the hair is a mix of his Alpha and SF4 styles. You know, we ARE overdue for a stance guy…
Tom: Why does his face look like an anatomically-corrected FANG? Where’s Jean Reno? WHY IS HE SO SKINNY!?
The most work seems to have gone into Nadeshiko, Eagle, Gouki, and Azam, imo. Those also happen to be my favorites, though I like this Geki/Lee/Gen too.[/details]

I wonder, are these characters more or less likely to appear in later seasons now, if their chances have changed? Some of our guesses based on relevance to the current SFV roster (Oro, Viper, Sakura) haven’t shown, but some characters people have been thinking about (Sagat, Akuma, Rose, Sodom) did appear. Of particular note is that many SF1 characters were reimagined, which implies some work on Capcom’s part. I think this whole thing is a way for Capcom to “feel out” interest in obscure characters, but that idea doesn’t explain why there are no SF3 characters, any of the unpopular SF2 characters, or Maki.
Page 32 is RYU and 33 is KEN MASTERS, but not complete… is under contruction and other chars upcomming after.
I don’t understand why they felt the need to kill Geki and replace him with another Geki.
It’s not like Geki dying was something important(or even mentioned) in the story. So why bother doing it instead of just revamping the old Geki?
