There is likely going to be something teased or announced at the panel. However Capcom and Namco have a habit of announcing something really big right before grand finals of SF4 (as it’s the main game of EVO). I imagine there will be something shown at that time too. I’d put my guess on them revealing the new character at the panel, it ends with no teaser at all, come SF4 grand finals they reveal the returning SF3 favorite (Urien/Alex/Oro/Q) and tease the next character.

Some people think it’s Vega, but Vega’s claw has only 3 not 4 (whatever it’s called) on his claw.
Looks like Capcom added some life to the Brazilian stage. And that looks like some sort of Claw attack…

I highly doubt it’s vega, as Neclord said, he’s only got 3 claws and only on one hand. I think it’s either blanka or a new character.
It might be someone’s throw or special attack in my opinion. For some reason it reminds me of decapre’s throw but with claws.
I am almost 100% sure that we will see a character for SFV today. This picture is a hint, since no character in the game has a move with these slashes (I think).
