Let this be a what if Timeskip event or part of an accelerated device thing? It could have been that ED is name of a project that is speculated by Daemos or some else in other thread, that this is another Ed that is more early version than the teenager Ed we knew or maybe were into a very big surprise like Time machine stuff (not my thing).
This is why I hate trying hard to surprise and be different thing together when combined lead to meh explanation.
I would assumed and suspect that character wasn’t supposed to be ED but latter Capcom tried hard to alter and change to either bring a surprised and different impression to us while trying fitting the silhouette . This caused another complication for years a head unless he is another what if character just to exclude him.
The hat is silly, it looks like a convincing tool, why should he had those it’s seems somebody like another NPC, it’s a BYRON thing.

dayum this nigga ages fast! This was a skinny kid 2 months ago. Not gonna lie though, it doesnt look at bad as I thought. Its almost as if he is the legit Bison Son or something. Since Cammy was suppose to be Bisons original replacement body (dont know why he wants to be a teen girl) and then maybe Abel, maybe this Ed nigga is the perfect blend of Cammy and Abel.
