LOL, i found oberfuhrer56’s game after reading this thread. Played him his bison vs my akuma. He beat me pretty soundly so I switched up to bison on the next match. Didn’t even get through the first round and I was scissor kicking the shit out of him. He messages me

Drops do occur at the beginning of new rounds. I think the random drop locations are:
Start of a match, beginning of each round, at the lobby screen. Not positive, it’s just something I’ve heard.
Some people say mashing start during those times causes a player to disconnect.

I’m very capable of linking ultras and combo’s it’s just not going to happen much vs a player like you, there is nothing at the moment in my game that I can do vs Vega to be honest. I just assume I won’t be vs him and I haven’t bothered. But to stay on topic, you have your record of events, and I have mine… And tbh, who gives a shit? Why bother even posting?
