True…I hope they make her decent. She was up there in the Alpha 2 tier list, but kinda sucky in Alpha 3 from what I remember. Regardless, she’ll still be one of my mains in IV!
As far as I know, Gen and Rose were presumed dead. But this IS Capcpm, so who knows, anything can happen.
how about more new fresh characters…female or male or otherwise, that havent been previously part of the Capcom universe entirely? Capcom does good by releasing Gouken, only to release old, tired, and busted Sakura who looks the same and has the same moves as she did when Alpha 2 came out.
Same thing could be said about oh…nearly everybody that’s in the game from SFII =/. I’m thinking 6 new playable characters (Abel, Viper, Fuerte, Rufus, Gouken, Seth) is kind of a lot for a new game.
Well I could go with the long explanation but the basic gist is, her appeal went down, and the others’ appeal went down less. So by default she’s the female I least wanted to see. Though I still like her more than, say, Sagat.
You have a point, but with Sakura they really could have made her kickass, instead, she’s Xerox and Elmer’s

Oh man she looks like she’ll be pretty good. Her ultra is cool, a little from chun, a little from bison with her own stuff thrown in. Nice looking juggles. She seems pretty cool.
This. IMO, SFII characters are much more whored out than Sak.
