Damn Deltron >_<. I liked the 60GB because it was only system that had the emotion engine(basically a PS2 CPU built in there). All other system emulate PSX and PS2 games. I tried to buy one on Ebay, but for a new or good conditioned one its 500 dollars or something.
Anyway good job everybody on the Ryder Cup. I knew we would come through with the win. Now that the threat from international players are gone. I guess, I should be worried about everybody trying to take my title ^_^. By the sounds of Fall Brawl, i think I will be defending my title against the #1 contenders and the Fall Brawl winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze division. Sounds, like next week will be a fun week. I’ll need to win the Gold and silver fall brawl tournaments to minimize that, very interesting.
well after you downloaded me today i have no doubt you can win the silver division tournement, but the gold is up for grabs with the beast WORLD CHAMPION! gold division !
You got a ‘tough road to hoe’, ZABI. Next week is the beginning of Fall Brawl, where you’ll need to win 4 matches to retain the Grand Championship. Then, beginning in Week 12, you’ll may have to defend the title versus the Silver and Bronze tournament winners. However, if those winners really want to join the Gold Division, they may challenge a lower ranked fighter so they improve their chances of winning & joining the Gold Division. Then, they can work their way up the rankings to get a shot at your title.
FALL BRAWL will also re-rank all divisions based on the results of the tournament. So everyone’s rank will probably change going into Week 12.

Right. Each division will have their own tournament. The winner gets a Prize Match versus a fighter two divisions above their own. The Gold Fall Brawl tournament will be for a new champion, or a chance for you to defend to defend against the best fighter in the whole division.

I’ll send NEVER1NOTHING an email, but as I told CLOUD, he has not been playing in recent weeks. He’ll probably forfeit and be dropped from the league. Let him contact you if he wants to play & remain in the league.

SA I kinda have a lil dillemma/problem with this fall brawl thing ? well a question 1st actually lets say I won the match against flashfan wouldnt that make me #1 contender ? am I even gunna get my chance to fight zabi before this brawl starts ? or am i forced to forfit my shot at him before the brawl happens ?
I believe you do not get a title shot. The Fall Brawl is like a reset of the whole Gold Division. So you could even say I won’t be the champion anymore, because anybody who wins the tournament becomes the champion. So, if you become the #1 contender, the only way you’ll end up fighting me next week is if you win all your matches and I win all of my matches. The ranking for this week is just to determine your seed for the tournament, everybody will have new rankings after the tournament. So, in other words, it’s kind of like we’re are starting over in rank placement.
To clarify, your match this week versus Flashfan7 would result in the winner being the #1 Contender next week. However, next week isn’t a typical week. Zabi will know what is was like (on a smaller scale) to be you when we began the Super Brawl tournament last season. All 16 members in the Gold Division have an equal opportunity to win Zabi’s title, including himself.
The #1 Contender rank is now basically the second best rank to have going into the Fall Brawl tournament. Meaning the Champion has the “easiest” path to the finals, and the second easiest is the #1 Contender, so a match is still very likely between your and Zabi in the Gold finals. For example let’s say all the higher seeds win each match. Zabi would face the #15, #8, and #3. The #1 Contender would face #14, #6, and #2. Everyone else’s path is a lot harder, and would require upsets along the way.
Now, if you win the Gold Division tournament, you may not even have to defeat Zabi if he doesn’t make it to the finals. And while winning the tournament will gain you the Grand Championship, it also grants you the ‘Rematch Clause’, something no other fighter gets in the league.
I know you’re working hard to get your title back. Next week is a great way to get it back in ‘ultimate’ style. No pun intended. lol But if you want to do one of those classic Ultimate Warrior interviews to get pumped, go for it!
