The written patch notes suck every year. Gotta wait for the CFN one.
Not only that, even beyond the “OMG waifu” factor, new Seth’s much more visually distinctive. Old Seth never really did anything for me aesthetically. At the best, he was anime Dr. Manhattan. And at the worst, he looked like the default model for another character whose textures hadn’t loaded in yet. Makes sense since he’s a proxy body for Bison but still bland.
New Seth just looks cool. She’s got the unique, kinda bizarre hairstyle, the glowing lines, predatory eyes and the silver skin to remind you she’s not your average girl. It’s imposing and beautiful. I honestly think visually she is one of the best designed characters in the game.

Now I gotta figure out how to juggle bae Seth, Kage and Balrog. 
G’s V-Skill 2 animation is way faster than I thought, I think you can do it safely from a distance, and you can cancel into it from any special moves it seems. The v meter gain isn’t good but considering he gets to keep his presidentiality level once per knockdown, seems like a nice trade off.
That being said, I think this will be better for his VT2 only since VS1 is integral to his VT1 shenanigans.

Alex Lariat is +8 on regular hit now. At least FAT said it was +7.
So now with VT2, Alex can do j.hk, lariat, cr.mp xx VT2 DDT.
