I’m mostly interested in the balance patch, i can see ryu/sagat got some sick new juggles.
Seth seems to absorb the powers of the char he faces, which is really cool mechanic. I’m hyped for this char.
I think Punk could do with a sports psychologist. Another major final lost, it’s obvious he’s a mental midget.

Named after him. He was brought in to help fix SF4.
Seth is the self-given name of body #15. His consciousness was downloaded into a new body by Juri for some reason it seems… She probably wants him to build her a new eye cuz Bison stole hers (again).
