Seems like many of these new vskills are more focused on how the meta developed in comparison to the original v-skills.
Most v-skills when the game came out seemed to negate or avoid things like fireballs such as the parry, chun jump, cammy spin, bison absorb etc.
Obviously, fireballs have been very weak and the stronger v skills such as Karin, Ibuki, Guile all contain uses that apply pressure or cover multiple options or just generally allow for offense to continue securely.
I noticed that the new Juri v skill looks a lot more useful for how the game is currently played and I’m hoping that most of these new v-skills will address the issues and weaknesses that most lower tier characters struggle from.

Juri’s V Skill looks like Guile’s except bigger and lasts longer I guess? Wonder how that will play out
