I shouldn’t be this delighted that at least two players blacklisted me today on SFV (one on stream even) because they can’t handle my lame, boring, turtle game style.
Yet I am so giddy about it. Feels like I am doing my job and playing properly.
It is even better that the streamer is a filthy Laura player and the other was an Urien player. Imagine that… blacklisting bottom 6 character because you are so weak that can’t handle lame play and turtling.

Lame play should be frustrating.
Hopefully you get to bop them in a tournament one day. Their lack of matchup knowledge might come back and bite them on the ass.

I am extremely proud. The guy won the match by one pixel but still refused to rematch me and blacklisted me because of how lame and defensive I play.

I hate playing against lame players myself, but I don’t understand why someone have to blacklist someone because he plays a character supposed to be played like that. He lost the chance to learn the MU, so bye.

here is the thing though, if you don’t care about getting better, and are “just playing for fun” why do you care if you’re losing or struggling? just play.
You don’t have to want to be a tournament champion to realize that adapting and improving is PART of the fun of any game.

I do care, but I understand that people like us are the minority.
And I don’t agree that adapting and improving is part of the fun for everyone (do I have to say that it is for me again?).
Some people just want to enjoy the game and win (if possible) on their terms. I speak with people like that when I go to a local.
