I feel the same way about Karin. I like playing her, but I don’t have the reflexes/dedication to really make the character work proper.

You play you best with annoying characters. i don’t mean that as an insult, but that seems to be your element. So keep with Ibuki.

I will stay salty about Ibuki though.

Kinda? Your Kage isn’t bad because you are a solid player, it just doesn’t seem to suit what you want to do.

I’m not as solid a SFV player as you, but Kage plays well with my very bulldoggy approach. All the characters I play best with work with that style.

You can I’m sure but idk exactly how. You can probably search either of us on CFN and look at the recent matches.

I think the matches from tonight started with me playing Nash, then some Kage mirrors, the Ve started picking other characters I think while I stayed on Kage for a couple more.

FlyingVe’s comment regarding both of your styles got me. I don’t really know what my style is, and honestly, I never have a game plan - I just kind of go in blind… Usually just trying to do c.MK confirms, dash-in throws, throw FBs, do jump-ins, and try to stay back and AA haphazardly.

I really need to get a basic gameplan or some sort of flowchart going, and am hoping I can pick your guys’ matches apart to somewhat guide me into at least what I should be aiming to do with him.
