agreed. how they managed to nerf him so badly is beyond me. he’d be so much better if they just fixed his flash kick, weak super and useless ultra. they should give him back his WW s.lp in the next version to make up for the gimp they gave us in this iteration.
Wondering the same thing. Blanka was a beast til everyone figured out how to punish most of his moves.

When all of a sudden you get that tiny itch you need to scratch and you’re in the finals.
-people who try and join my lobby with a 1 bar connection. wtf. EVERY TIME you start the online mode you get shown the message that says something about good connections and latency, you’d think these people would figure out 1 bar is no fun.
-‘indestructable’ plays the whole time youre searching for matches online when they could’ve used the less annoying music that plays when youre in a lobby.

Yeah it’d be great if I could actually find matches more often. G1 Finals is the game’s way of saying, go take a break/have a nap/you can’t play.
^I live in Australia so I know what its like to have a hard time finding matches. but I’d rather practice against the AI instead of playing Slideshow Fighter IV.

When your Ultra just comes out as shinryuken when it should have been a counter hit full ultra with the Ora Ora Ora kicks and the death of your opponent. Probably due to lag.
This is because most of the people that use the top tier characters only use them because they suck at this game and are trying to gain any advantage they can. They read online that Sagat is God tier so they flock to him. The people that play lower tier characters are forced to get better at the game because they need to be able to do as much damage a possible when given the opportunity.
This is why my win rate against Sagat is over 75%. You will however every once in a while run into a good player playing a high tier character that knows how to properly use them and you will see why that character is ranked so highly. Don’t be quick to judge based on most of the online scrubbery that you see. As for Claw, in competent hands he can be a nightmare of a match and is really hard to pin down and hit him.
I just faced a bison player that spent the whole match just jumping back… I go to attack teleport further head stomp.

I really don’t understand that playing like that really does make you look like a girl.
People that gain a small lead and then just run away like a little bitch the whole match.

When I dive kick someone and they do a split second jump that results in a reset that kills my momentum.
Getting crossed up in the corner, I do a reversal teleport, but it gets auto flipped and I teleport right back into the corner.
