This was a little more than just simply changing the saturation on his gi. I hope you noticed the very important detail of his eyebrows now being BLACK!
This goes in color 1.
Let’s see…what’s next? Ryu’s missing his “Christmas color” scheme…maybe I’ll hit that.

I think that is a W.I.P. the modder isn’t done yet, I really hope its done soon. I also wondered what ever happened to that guy who was working Psylocke Cammy and two other mods. he looked pretty done but he never ended up releasing anything

Here’s the Plastic Man Dhalsim Mod. Two things to note, 1)hunterk, used your hex edits for the transparencies, hope you don’t mind. 2) as a result, its outfit #3. If Someone can change and reup, please do! I want to use hunter’s Mr. Fantastic AND mine! Mine should be 6 from what I gathered on selection screen matching the color of the outfit.

excuse me guys… am new here today because i have a question quite important to me and perhaps you guys can help me out a little
i have skins, i know how to apply them and all etc but . problem is,
i cant change numbers
exemple:
i have a ken skin that was originaly named KEN_01_02.col.emz when extracted from the zip. that skin works fine
but everytime i try to just change the number to KEN_01_08.col.emz “assuming i want it on #8 instead of 2” the game just crash…
i dont know if i explained it right humm
heres another way to explain my self:
"how do i change the color number of a downloaded skin if i am unhappy with the default color# it have. so u cant install that skin coz you already have a skin on that number and u just wanna give it another number and not make it crash
am sorry ppl and mods but ive looked in forums and never got my answer at all so i decided to ask you ppl. “hope i wont get a warning for that”

How is Nurse Rose ANY different from the hundreds of hobag’ editions of Cammy, Sakura, Rose & Chun Li? (And El Fuerte, eeehhhh)

So, if we do that-- Go ahead and flat out bar ANYONE who uses lingerie or panties or fishnets. Then you’re you’re keeping your objective streamlined.
