After much effort and help learning how to use alpha layers to create transparencies, I’ve finished my Chun Li Silk Dress skin. Special thanks to Snoopie for the appropriate hex code to use alpha layers.

Replaces CNL_01_02.cos.emz

Features:
Translucent silk “leg curtains” with flower print design
Redesigned obi to use collarless, kimono-style neck opening
New sleeve appearance
"Swallowtail" back cloth
White leg hose

Got the mod added and everything but the game exits after I select the outfit.

doesn’t work unless modifying both files through a hex editor.

Also, none of the other chun-li’s work I think. I have most of the chun-li mods.

Woah, bro, that chun rocks so hardcore these transparency methods are looking sick sweet. My new fav chun, even better than the maid.

It could be because of the DLC… I guess I have no choice but to add it as a replacement for the first costume. I don’t have the DLC and I can’t get it right now so…

I don’t consider it a problem personally. Just don’t want an attack on SRK from Capcom.

@Fome: You’ve done an extremely good job on your Chun li… It’s a shame the model makes it look like she’s wearing a diaper lol.

The black zero is going to be the same deal. As color 1. (In hindsight I should have made the black color one as it fits the original pallet better.)
I’ll think about repacking the blue as another color but I’m going to leave poor Speedy alone for the rest of the day. BTW you got mail Speed.
