Finally, a sagat skin with arm bands, although they need to be higher up his arm slightly, they are practically around ur armpits, right where ur shoulder begins to be your arm.
nice, try removing his scars and give him eye color and this mod will be extra awesome, maybe the headband too

you need to find out how to edit the lighting aswell because it doesnt match in the slightest.

i dont think it will be easy/possible to edit the lighting so maybe take that into account when doing stage textures.

looks too vivid.
if you notice the sf4 gfx have a kind of washed out look to them, try desaturating the colours.
this is probably my favourite skin of the bunch (i cant wait for more turtle-y dan)
i guess seth is hard to colour because the only thing that lets this mod down is the colours are a little off.
yeah it was a test to see what would I could edit. I wanna try to get it look like Antarctic glacier eventually
