Can you give Fei the outfit from “The Game” with Bruce Lee?..that’d be sweet!

Someone did it. I don’t know who because a leecher put the video up. That’s why I hate people doing that shit.

I can’t seem to make clear textures. If the model calls for a texture the game forces it. I’ve tried everything I can think of. If I view the texture in a texture viewer it shows as transparent. Load the game and it’s just a soild color showing.

@nubian: I’m sorry. I’ll search around but things look grim. Chat with me on MSN or AIM. I’ll work something out for you.

Oh man… Need to put on my patience hat… And my XP>Vista hat…

Nubian, if your system supports virtualization (Depends on the CPU) Microsoft offers a free XP VM. Otherwise there’s always the VMWare route but you’ll probably take a hit on performance.

i think i got the hang of it.
if i run into any bumps i’ll let you all know.

as far as following the tutorial for xp all you would really have to add to the tutorial is the basic commands to change drive/directory in cmd prompt also i had to create the new folder first before running offzip.

WINDOWS 7 USERS: TIP

For those who may not know this, but if you don’t see the “open command window here” and don’t feel like cd’ing your way through directories from the C:/> prompt, on Windows 7, if you hold the “Shift” button then right-click, you will see this option.

lol I added that in the tutorial already lol. There used to be tools that could do it for XP. Batch files and whatever. But since Vista they included this feature. Pretty dope.

Okay so what is the -m 16 -a -z -15 all about?

Where do I put the filename? Its saying error when I do the -m… and the file name, or the -m… and the dir+filename

Ok I got it to work, the directions were a little confusing…

I’ll rewrite for XP.

Start>Run
Type “cmd” (no quotes)
Type the directory exactly how you see it (spaces, capitals) ex: C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\common\street fighter iv\Battle\Chara\XXX
Hit Enter
Type "offzip.exe -m 16 -a -z -15 (FILE).col.emz new_folder 0"
Enter

doh…
i didn’t see that.
my apologies.

can these be used online or will it screw up your game

For the 2 chun li dresse, and bruce lee too. :

unknow chinese creator. :karate:

Great find  I’ll split them and add them to the list later.

Quick question for those in the know. The Chun Li one linked has two outfits plus this other file called CNL_01.cos.emz that’s much larger and missing the “col” part. What is this file for before I replace it?

The bump maps. adds visual effects via shaders. Makes things that a flat look 3d I guess is the easiest way to describe it.

lolololololol

oh and someone should totally make a makoto skin for sakura.

that would be so siiick.

Zangeif hollywood =

Interesting. Guess I’ll give it a shot…I just wasn’t sure if it’d break the normal costume.

EDIT: It turns out if you use that file, it breaks all other Chun Li textures including the Goth one. You either have to use that file and his two Chun Skins together or not at all.

I just installed the DDS PS patch, do I use “load using default sizes”?
