since i cannot get nvidia’s normal map tool working in cs4, i had to create my own normal map.
this is a w.i.p
i’m working on rogs shorts and changing the words from champion to this.

the normal map is what’s needed to create that raised level effect.
this will be applied to rogs alt costume when available
since there is no gouken ones yet i did a quick photoshop to try and inspire somebody to do something for him.
