@Anim3- Capcom has allowed the modding community to flourish, so the least we can do is support them. We do this by purchasing the alternate costume pack from GFWL. There are ways to do what you request, but please consider supporting the devs and purchase the pack.

I’m sure there’s a way to do it, but I don’t personally know how. I’ve only ever heard of dragon UNpacker, which I think the Asset Explorer borrows from.
