You forgot to select ken’s alternate costume for the second player.
The battle should be ken 01_01 vs ken 02_01

To forfun09: yeah, when you do this it sets the costumes in the one slot for original and the one slot for alternate, not color 1 and color 2 for the same costume. You have to select original 1 versus alternate 1. The CMM took a little time for me to get it down too.

All the files in the zip are the ones used to change the images. .dds plugin for PS, WTV.exe to see saving format, and lots of patience. There are roughly 9 files that have to be completely edited for each character to have a full mod.
Tundra not sure if its just me, charlie works fine but sean just shows up as ryu’s alternate costume. Has anyone else tested sean out yet?

I did some model editing for Rufus. No offense to any folks who happen to be morbidly obese, but his fat, jiggly belly was a real turn-off for me, so I thinned him out a bit (I had to remove a lot of the buckles and whatnot on his jumpsuit to make it easier on me).

I also did a model edit to suit my earlier Robotnik mod by giving him an actual physical mustache instead of just painting one on and I closed the hole in his head caused by the missing topknot.
