hey all, im new to modding and an 09’er but…
I’m trying to extract an already-modded texture that I downloaded off the wiki for some further editing.
I’ve followed ProvidenceAngle’s tutorial on the wiki, but when it goes for extraction with offzip, I get an error
“zlib z_data_error, the data in the file is not in zip format or uses a different windowsBits value <-z>. Try to use -z 15
0x00157576… 21854 --> 21849”
I can do the original files fine, but I’m stumped with this one. It’s off the recent Skullomania mod for El Fuerte.
I’m wondering if it’s because it’s an already-modded file in which you can’t do an extraction? I just wanted to use the Skullo-ElF mod texture on Akuma (I want an SGS-able Skullo! yes it’s crazy but meh)

[EDIT]ok, I know now what the problem is, the new files are just renamed .dat files, they are not compressed and can be loaded with Dragon Unpacker directly …
