When i was thinking about it last night, I doubted anyone with a brain would allow themselves to get hit more than once with that. So its not a huge deal
Not only that, but on console you can choose which win quote you want to use (each character has something like 9 or so). You can also choose the win pose (and there are apparently unlockable poses).
So lots of customization options.

Nah standing roundhouse is a sick normal, great far antiair, great preemptive antiair (like if you think they’re gonna jump in expectation of an spd attempt), great for moving Gief forward, great to whiff over an opponent into 720/lariat/block mixups. I doubt that they made it any better than it already was.
