Yay, the site works. The mouseover graphic (the rotating blue player select circle) is a bit slow to react to mouse movements, but at least I can view the site now.

They don’t even need to be hosted online if you don’t want to… Two direct screencaps could be emailed if that’s quicker/easier for you.
Actually he has begun his process of hacking into the sf3 3s code and capturing images seperately. He’s already got a .zip of all of makotos frames. He said hes probably going to capture every single frame for everybody and I’m sure by now he has half the characters.

Thanks for updating everyone, gl0ry. I was about to do it but I thought this thread was dead, so I didn’t bother. Yes it’s true, I have every character’s frames ripped now and am even ripping external effects as well. I’m not sure if I want to rip background objects and backgrounds though, that might be going a bit far. I guess I got addicted to hacking the game so much that I stopped making animations altogether! But I will do some more for sure. I’m just rethinking my display methods a bit, trying to get away from the animated gif format, and so on.
btw, all the character’s frames amount to over 22,500 frames at about 64 megabytes. So I wasn’t about to make a large zipfile for everyone to download, that would overwhelm the server a bit. Maybe I’ll put it on a p2p network or something, if anyone’s interested. And these are all just with the original colour, not any of the other 12 colours you can choose.

Putting the sprites on a p2p network would be great. I’m all for that.
I also might suggest, periodically, swapping the full animations for the characters for people who can’t/won’t/don’t use a p2p program.
