I don’t understand why people think Infiltration is going to beat all these players, especially the japanese…yes, he won Evo but if you look at his bracket, he never ran into any japanese players until the very end (Daigo). He got like the easiest road to win that. He also got blown up at Canada cup.
Honestly I think Infiltration will have more trouble with Krone than he would have with Japan aside from Tokido if he doesn’t switch to Gouken, and maybe Mago or Fuudo. The Viper matchup is rough, and outside of M. Lizard, he doesn’t have much of a chance to practice it offline, and ML is in no way on Wolfkrone or Latif’s level at all.

I think Momochi’s worst match up in the tournament will be Problem X, who will throw a wrench into his style of Akuma play (hoping for a switch to Cody here). I think Daigo will be focusing on anti-Fei tech, and will overcome Fuudo in a close set… However, I think Mago’s time to shine is right now. But Dieminion… Having watched his progress… Pegging him to take out the players I have (GamerBee, Daigo, Tokido and Mago), and all in a row… I don’t think he’s going to take any of those easily, but I do think he’s going to take this thing!

I’d say it was about a 70/30 split of the rational and the sentimental. Had to call a couple matches against my instincts to get the final result to fit my preconceived expectations. If I get every single match wrong I wouldn’t be surprised.
