Fei Long and Sagat are the only SF2 characters besides Ryu and Chun Li I care about.
But due to popularity the best chances probably have Bison and Cammy.
I can’t see blanka being in but he is the fav of ono…BUT he might make an appearance as a wasted DLC character slot.
The 8 world warriors and 4 bosses all have a high possibility of being in. They are all iconic and known by just about everyone. The New challengers have a significantly lesser chance, but Cammy has quite the fanbase (hot blond in a thong, who is a brainwashed doll? Not surprising) and Fei is somewhat popular also.
That being said among the original 12, I think Honda has the highest chance of not making the cut.

I think all we’ll be left with is Ryu, Ken, Chun, and Dictator.
Maybes: Cammy (see above, lol), Guile (for story purposes, if Charlie is different enough gameplay wise), Sagat (I think would be cool with mechanics we’ve seen thus far), and Gief.
I get a strong SF3 vibe from what I’ve seen so far. I think we’ll be seeing far fewer returning (SF2) cast members. I doubt we get more than 8 SF2 characters, in total, upon initial release.
Of course all this goes out the window once DLC starts coming. SF4 went from 16 to 44; so ridiculous.
