probably cuz the majority is waiting for the patch. at least for ae I can say that many players with high skill level are regularly online.

Someone made a modding color edit tool, its not super user friendly but it works!
Yeah but like most skins/mods, you’re the only one to see it, not your opponents online.

Yea but that can be a good thing, esp with the neon colors when the patch drops they will be the 1st things I eliminate

What’s the point of custom colors if not to show your bad taste to your opponents?
That’s a very good reason, tho the tool only works on emm and custom colors aren’t in those files…
(I wonder if they’ll release 4 packs at a time on PC… that was so bright to lock them and make a release plan…)

I haven’t posted any of my custom colors in a while in the Pimp thread. Better step my game up, need to get to that attention whore status. 
A double half circle is to let you block half way through the motion.
Example:
Empty jump in and pump a HCB, they poke you and you block (because you’re holding back), then buffer in that second HCB and hit the buttons - bam - punished with an Ultra. This is a very common “thing” in KoF, which is why it’s always good to play all sorts of fighters! Half circles may not be fun but for the most part they are there for a reason.
But I am both of those and I don’t care…
i could do the same with 2x qcf. qcf is the easiest and fastest input in the world + street fighter has years of block stun to mash it out.
still no pc update…
