Erm, I have a question. How come I can’t load so many people’s lists? I’ve been trying so hard to load Preppy’s list and it doesn’t appear. Preppy are you on Passive Mode. And can I do anything at all to make my speed faster. Sometimes it goes on like 1-4+kbps which is pathetic considering I have 256k.

Others on this thread might know of ways to get around the ‘mode’ issues - what mode are you on? If you’re able to access it, you’re probably just being speed-gated because others are trying to download files at the same time. It happens.
AIM file transfer typically seems faster to me… I’m ‘zachdms’ on AIM, and at this point have file sharing Allowed for all users, sharing the same files as are on DC. But that’s a little more annoying as the windows pop up in the middle of what I’m typing, so DC is generally preferable.
… other than that, I put other videos up on my site as I think of putting them up.

Hey, don’t ban me. All my shared Evo vids were recorded by individual users and aren’t from any of the DVDs. Since I used to work alongside the Cannons (at MS), I find it offensive to have it suggested that I’d rip them off. I figure qoc didn’t know, but still lame. I’ve got tons of not-for-sharing footage (16GB in my “not shared” folder, notably ECC9…), but I don’t play that game. If you’re going to ban me, at least explain what files you think are “ripped” or whatnot. :lame:
Sorry to take (minor) offense, but I consider the Cannons friends, so the insinuation that I would rip them off gets me pretty riled. I stand by my friends and fellow tourney directors.
I’m on passive as well. I guess that explains it. I’ve tried countless times. And I don’t have AIM. Might get it soon though. Btw, I have a suggestion. Why don’t you rotate the vids you put on the site and DC. This way it’ll be easier to get stuff off you.
