Hey I really wanna come to this tournament but I don’t have a ps3 or a controller. Will you have controllers for everyone or is it byoc?
I’ll be attending, count me in. I’m able to bring my xBox 360, along with a stick, but I do apologize the stick is off limits. lol. It’s a modded Hori HRAP EX with Sanwa buttons. Nothing special now, but you wouldn’t let the neighbor play with the wife / girlfriend…would you?

Yup yup the tournament is tomorrow guys, I have the bracket papers in my hand and ready to rock n’ roll. You don’th ave to worry if you don’t have a controller or a ps3. THere will be PS3’s there and Xbox360’s however. In terms of a controller there will be pads there (hell you can use mine I don’t touch pads ><). However in terms of a stick you have to ask around I suppose. Since I don’t have one myself.
Well yeah guys like to retiterate the fact that parking is free! and It is in building 9C the student life center across from the admissions building. why the hell is denjin ranbat on the same day…
We announced our schedule almost a month ago, although it was never stickied so I can’t blame anybody for having tournaments on the same day, and I really wouldn’t blame anyone anyway because everyone wants to run tournaments for SF4. The demand is really high. It’s kind of hard for us to delay any of our ranbats because we have bigger events planned in the later half of June (which is the height of tournament season). I encourage people to just attend the events they want to, so if this tournament sounds more appealing to you, enjoy, but we’ll appreciate everyone that comes by. Have a great tournament!
If you have paid attention to what kind of tournament that was, which was the “Economy Blows” tournament. Dollar entry for all games, 3/5 rounds, and single elimination, been held every week until the Ranbat has started. Posting that, shows how much you know whats going on. I understand people can’t always come out, same with me and BustaBust. Do your research more thoroughly before putting them as an argument.

its cool that there are a bunch of tournaments for sf4. its good for the scene. what you said up there is false anyways. the reason we didnt get many players to come out for tournaments because they were economy blowz tournaments = $1 tournaments and in reality it was just an excuse to get some people (most likely locals) to come out and play. it was all for fun. also you are mistaken, the first ranbat denjin had there were about 58 players or something. that was hell of a lot of people so i dont really know what you are talking about. not to bash just correctin false info. also i dont really see a problem with teh stick but it is because i play there. every arcade / set up you play on it will feel out of the norm and it can take you awhile to get used to but thats how it is. vic good luck with this tournament! sadly i cant make it and i hope it turns out well.
