Okay everyone sorry for the delay. For those of you who aren’t in the know I am also running for the Vice President of Business for my school. Well anyways to adress some of your questions.
The PS3 & Xbox 360 are generally the same game, so there won’t be two groups all in the same. However at the moment I believe we have somewhere along the lines of 3-5 PS3’s ready to go. The tournament itself will involve 5 projectors and 5 tv’s so if there is any preference or perhaps we can even have 10 set ups going.
I am also fully aware that there is the Denjin ranbat going on the same day, however our tournament signs up begin at 12 and the tournament ends at 10 however, due to the sheer amount of setups we have I am almost 100% sure that the tournament will be done before denjin sign ups actually begin, saying that everyone shows up on time of course. I would also like to stress the fact that the room had to be reserved nearly 2 months in advance so I was not aware that Denjin was holding their ranbats at the same time, however I’m sure everything will work out :D!
Yeah it’s the building next to Car’s / Admissions, the building is called the Student Life Center 9C.
& Please can everyone refer back again to the first post because I will be editing it with some new information.

Okay guys so here is some updated information -
So the tournament entry fee is going to be $6, the actualy entry fee will be $5 and there will be a $1 due to the fact that it is actually a fundraiser tournament. However there will be Costco Pizza and Boba Milk Tea for sale (at reasonable prices mind you) to also assist with the fundraising for the school / club. A certain someone also would like to remind you guys that our club is predominantly 80% asian girls and the club requires community service hours… So quite a few of them will be there helping out and everything.
I would also like the stress the fact that could you please show up on time Sign Up’s Will begin at 12 & I would like to start ideally at 1 or perhaps 1:30 if that has to happen.
Also for any of you who have console or sticks and would like to bring them please post so so I can have a count. You don’t have to worry I can put 1 girl to each console and 1 to each stick so your goods are safe…

Also don’t worry about the denjin tourny happening on the same day…I heard the stick there is a bit wonky and not many people show up there to compete anyways…so the number of people affected by this is minimum at best.
