Hey everyone! Since we havent been able to run tourneys at our venue and we are waiting for January, we thought it would be a good idea to host an online event!

CFD will run a FREE online tourney for UMvC3 (360) on Thursday, Dec 27th at around 5pm. It will be streamed and we have a prize to give to the winner: We will buy 1st place a Hungry Human Clothingshirt! If we can manage to get 32 entries for the tourney, we will buy 1st and 2nd place a shirt!

The brackets will be up on challonge to view and the tournament will be streamed on our new twitch channel.

We will be running brackets for a FREE Injustice Demo tourney. Some of the MK players that used to come said that they will be there to play Injustice, so it will be fun to get the 2 communties together.

Thanks for coming out yesterday guys! I didn’t expect over 20+ for marvel and AE! The owner of the bar was really impressed with the turnout and he said we can do it anytime there! I was thinking about having another CFD there on the 20th before NCR, but I think Ray has something planned. So maybe 2nd Saturday of May???

Next time I am going to add 2 or 3 more tables and bring it out of the lounge area. We should be able to feed the stream monitor to the projector so that everyone can watch.

Let me know if you guys liked the place and location. I have found a place in midtown, that I think will work, and they are interested in tournaments too.

Thanks everyone who showed up today!!! It was a short, but sweet event. Thanks to The Union for letting us host there!
