we at the afro dojo do not treat people like shit. WE take the steps to make sure that people do not feel like they are alone and they are welcome to competitively game with us. cole and tanaka are both from norcal and are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Only peron at the dojo that would talk shit to you would be ME (KKF) and i dont recall ever meeting you.
The stream (team khaos) is run by the oregon scene. I dont speak for them.
I am not sure if you posted this before or after you and i talked on the stream. From what I understand, I apologized it was so hard for you to get contact info, so I gave you my email as well as my AIM account so we could discuss things further and get to the bottom of it. Cause the bottom line is you wanna help the community right? I am very sorry that u ran into problems getting contact info, but we got that out on the air on the stream and ended talking pretty civil. I thought you understood and wanted to make amends.
I hope you really did take my email address down and will be contacting me cause if you are truly trying to help and be involved then we would love to work with you. When I say we, I mean this community, the AfroDOJO as well as TeamKhaos.
As you can see with the response of people in this thread, our community is pretty friendly.
I’m going to probably hang out with Glenn on Friday next week. Going to try and convince him that beasting on me with his braindead ragna(I keed,I keed) is going to be way less fun than playing marvel lol.

People these days are lazy and only want everything to be given to them without waiting. How hard is it to try and contact the proprieters of the Dojo directly.
lets get a few things clear, yeah I mailed Cole like he asked, matter a fact while he was talking with me, second I dont want shit handed to me. Nope not poor poor me either. I hate having to talk to people over an internet medium cause text is really taken however the person wants to take it. no after weeding out the dumb shit from the sensible posts and cheeky overtones I asked an honest question and though i had to literally spam it to get answered, it was held civil and Cole even apologized which was accepted and moved on. What do I bring, exactly what you guys need…equipement, extra copies of games for your tournies, and as Co organizer of various new york and phila and jersey events like ECC, the first 3 evos and some chinatown fair stuff I know whats needed to get folks on our side and allow us to use their space and such without any bitching before…and after the venues. The one in everett to me even with the problems was a success…because it brought local gamers together and some were even SURPRISED that there were so many about that enjoyed SF4, SC and other games.
As far as posts go…I think I joined SRK or rather REJOINED SRK because of this particular regional community. This is about i think the only post I ever did that i can honestly remember…

Krunktime: Sorry that you felt you were being snubbed out by our scene, from the looks of things it looks like it got settled about the dojo and what not. Welcome to Seattle, hopefully you can make it out to the 6th ave inn tournament this saturday.
In regards to co organizing major events, I’d suggest getting in contact with Brent (Brentobox on here), he’s been the go to guy for NWM’s 1 and 2, and maybe you guys can combine forces to make something spectacular happen.
Hopefully this is all settled now and we can get back to our regular scheduled programming…
Anyway, Krunktime… thanks for answering my question. It’s good to know you’re legit and not some stream monster trying to stir the pot (which I think we all may have assumed). It sounds like you definitely have the type of skills we could all use around here, so again, welcome. Sounds like you’re talking and listening to the right people. Like Frank said… come out and meet everyone.
As far as your grammar… type everything in the exact manner you typed the sentence explaining why you hate text communication, and you’ll be just fine.

I was gonna leave this alone but the more this gets bumped i cant ignore it.
Soooo as the guy that was mainly manning the mic on during the stream. Its kinda really hard to pay INDIVIDUAL attention to close to 1,000 people on the stream. Whats even worse is, i actually took time to read what people were saying in the chat stream, respond to them, and EVEN DO REQUESTS. you go try doing that on ANY other stream and see if any one is responded too. If they ever do take stream chat into a factor, its a special show, and they usually dont do it more for then a couple hours. We were streaming pretty much from friday to wednesday mourning...... taking requests and trying to keep shit hype for everyone.
So for you to come on too the NW forum and call team khaos out for snubbing you, is completely bogus.... Not everyone got there teams/requests/questions done and answered, but none of them came on here and made a thread about it. Why take ish so personally like people were in the background saying " fuck this krunk guy " I said a bunch of times during the stream " if i dont get to your requests or questions, i apologize in advance, hard to see everything but we are trying "
I hope your not really sour on us, im not even trying to place blame on who's fault stuff is. I kinda even understand where your coming from, just take stuff into consideration completely before calling people or groups out. I hope you have positive experience in the future with all tournaments and events and our team khaos stream in the future. Im new to playing host on streams for long periods of time and got a lot of shit to learn in doing it and we can only get better.
