yeah i saw you put it back in. i’m not concerned with the pot and i wasn’t responding to that part at all. just the first half of the post about things “falling through” and being “flaked on”

ok. enough is enough. i wasn’t even going to bother but this has gone way out of hand. hevad, i dunno what you told fanatiq, neo, mixup, etc, but based on what they’re saying, it doesn’t seem like it was the truth.

after evo, i had no contact with you at all up until about two months ago. at that point you call and then text me about setting something up for SB. my response was that i dunno if i could even make it to SB at all because of my health issues. that’s it. that’s literally the ONLY communication you got from me. after that, somehow it seems you and team WC got it in your heads’ that there was supposed to be some MM and that i was going to be involved, because about 3 weeks ago, you started calling and texting me over and over about some MM, which i didn’t even know the details about. i have no idea where that came from and i still don’t.

you knew about my health issues. you and neo came to the hotel room at evo and i told you guys my body was infested with fungus and parasites, and the shitload of other symptoms i had been suffering because of it. how you could assume i was going to agree to a bet without you asking if i was even healthy enough to travel at all seems pretty strange considering the last contact i had with you and what i told you at evo. but there you were, assuming i was gonna bet on something when you received no indication from me that i would even by healthy enough to travel, let alone place a 5 figure bet.you even went so far as to harass a number of people to call me to get me to do the MM.

there was nothing “cancelled”. for there to be a cancellation, there must first be some agreement made. there was never an agreement. there was never even any discussion about stipulations of a MM before an agreement. oh and my health? it’s still shitty. i’m still down 70 lbs from my peak weight, hack up phlegm all day, get random headaches and nausea, havent’ had a good night’s sleep in over a year, and a ton of other problems. thats’ why i can’t go to SB. that’s why there never was a money match.

as my health returns, which i believe it will due to some drastic lifestyle changes i’ve made recently, i hope to be much more active in the community. until then, i’m just in survival mode.

there are a number of you who have been very kind towards me regarding my battle with my health problems. you know who you are and i thank you all very much

Fact: You told Mixup that you were being contacted with assumptions that the match was on.
Rebuttal: YOU are making assumptions about the reason you were being contacted. You wouldn’t have had to make these groundless assumptions if you would have just answered your phone or replied with a text. Don’t blame your health for your lack of contact, because you continued to meet in person with the players that were assumed to be on your team (and we’ll get more into that later). The reason you were being contacted was to be questioned. To be sure whether or not the match was happening so preparations for the match could happen or not.

Your entire post keeps referring to the notion that there was an assumption being made about this match. Again, no assumption was made until right before you finally replied with “I want no part in this.” I flew out to begin training for Seasons Beatings/Money matches. No one else was flown out to Vegas because of schedule conflicts and a lack of assurance that the match was happening at all. There goes your assumption right there. Everyone was on standby waiting for the green light for us to begin hardcore training. Since the Green light wasn’t given, flights were canceled and I actually went back to California for a little bit. We finally came to the conclusion that the match most likely wasn’t going to happen. At this point we began trying to setup other matches. SooMighty (one of the participants of another tentative match that fell through) contacted me and told me that Yipes wanted him on the team. This was an incredulous thought to me as we had arrived at the conclusion that there was no team. Yipes said he was only speaking hypothetically but that he had talked with you several times and that you were concerned about your health and that you hadn’t been able to reach Justin. He pretty much conveyed that you were not confirming the match for these reasons. At this point I presented to Hevad the idea that it seemed kind of shady. Look at it from my perspective for a minute. You are contacted about a possible match for an enormous amount of money. You say you’re not sure and it depends on your health and other factors. Later, specific stipulations are then discussed with all players involved. At this point you can not be contacted by anyone from team WC nor Hevad. Both Yipes and Sanford (the members of the opposite team) contact you fairly easily and you express to Yipes that you would like to speak to Justin. All the while, you refuse to answer any text, xbl messages and phone calls from Hevad. But readily accept phone calls from Matrix. All of this with a 5 digit money match being discussed. I think at this point anyone can see suspicion was warranted. Because of your lack of communication the terms and stipulations were discussed with the players (not specifically the backers). And based on these communications from the people who you actually talked to consistently beating this dead horse the final time WHILE YOU STEADILY REFUSED TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING FROM THE OPPOSING TEAM coupled with the suspicious behavior, made it appear that you were indeed interested in this match.

No lie was told to me. What was told to me was that you refused to text or get back to Hevad but that you mentioned that you were kind of interested but couldn’t be sure due to your health. You weren’t the only one who pulled out of matches and some of the people who did pull out after stating “I will cover $1500 on person y” are the ones being referred to as direct cancellations.

As far as your health is concerned, I’m sorry that you got dealt such a bad hand. 4 different people (who’s names I won’t mention) have stated that you bring it up at every opportunity. That brings people down in so many ways and is just not cool. I hope you get better, but that had so little relevance to the actual post. The details were unnecessary and almost seemed like a shameless plug.

Justin was asked to contact you, and Yipes was asked to deliver a message. “Either confirm or deny the match by Wednesday or the match is off.” You quickly replied less than 20 minutes later “Sorry man but I don’t want a part in this. Have fun at SB. If I’m healthy I’ll see you there.” I’m pretty sure Justin and Yipes didn’t feel harassed. You’re the only person that felt harassed because you were being stubborn and refusing to communicate at all.

you guys keep using terms like “backed out” and “cancelled”. you specifically say that i cancelled. i’m saying that didn’t happen. the reason i didn’t respond to hevad had nothing to do with my health. it had to do with hevad constantly calling me as if there was a money match at all. why did anybody think for even a second that there would be one? i gave no indication of such. then i find out you want to add mixup to your team maknig it 5v3, allow player switches even after winning, your guys have no win restrictions, just have to play twice, and my three HAVE to win exactly 4, no more no less, the match being ft12. these are atrocious stipulations for a money match. i’m not gonna walk in and get randomed out for 40k. i didn’t respond because i had nothing to gain from responding. i didn’t want to talk to someone who thought i was that stupid, and continued to press me even after no response. no response should have been more than enough response

Now you’re making assumptions. I was the one that suggested it be 5v3 and never did we ever say that winners could switch. Had you not been so stubborn about communication, you wouldn’t have been so misinformed. All of these “ideas” that you’re incorrectly quoting were just that, ideas. You donated 12k on the Sanford match so these seemed like pretty agreeable stipulations to someone with your MM track record.
