DVDs will be sold ONLINE after the tournament. Thankfully we can get all the footage very quickly thanks to Spooky so the main thing will be editing and deciding what content to get on there. We are setting ourselves up this year to be prepped to get it out fast, along with getting pro coverage of the event itself and the people, which hasn’t really gone down in years past. And we don’t just want to put matches out. Even if doing a DVD set is not as cost-effective as providing content online, we really want to get at least one SB set out for us personally and for the community.

I have never been to Ohio and I was working very hard at my job for the last month and hope to complete the project on time in order to get the weekend off and participate in this, but I think this is not happening.

With that said, I wish SBR will be a big success and everyone would have a good time and especially looking forward to see how the exciting ST event would unfold.

Ghaleon / fugee / Spooky / Roy or whoever that would handle the stream. I have a suggestion if this is not already in the plan.

Please do some short player interview / chit chat after the match, like they do at east coast throwdown (also like American idol, etc).

Basically have a guest seat ready and after each match, pull the player over the mic and ask them a few questions or even let them stay and talk a bit more as the next match begins.

Doing this will let the viewer actually feel the atmosphere at the venue and get really hype about the matches going on.

Justin Wong and co are actually very good on the mic and provides insightful comments during SF4 matches @ ECT.

Motivate the players to talk some shit on the mic too!

BTW, will any of these MvC2 3-5 digits super sick ?two men? tourney be streamed? Just mentioned the pot prize and stated that it is the “grand final” if you guys don’t want to get into trouble mentioning MM on the stream.
