he knocks you down, if the DP afterwards is guaranteed and you can’t do anything about it and have about 2 life left, it’d be the same if the sweep did a little bit more damage and killed you directly rather than dealing the damage in two parts.

He plays Mega Man. A character that is completely backwards to the playstyle that he’s used in the previous games. Usually he prefers a rushdown style, but Mega Man is all about zoning/mid-range poking.
Doesn’t help that Mega Man has a bad match-up against pretty much every character he already hates for various reasons (Mario/Sheik/Fox).
Combine the two and you have a guy forcing himself to adjust to a playstyle that is complete backwards to how he plays (because MEGA MAN) on top of having to deal with some very bad match-ups. This all leads to the creation of the salty posts that you see, because he refuses to pick up a secondary. He HAS to win everything with Mega Man.
His friend @Rayne_ has been trying to help change his attitude for years now but Po just doesn’t listen. Po’s kinda like LTG in that way…he’s not a bad player by any means but his attitude is preventing him from really improving. But at least Po has some dignity and humility.

not sure why but for some reason some of the high ranked abel players I encountered went mad desperate when I did everything I could as Ken to keep my spacing in check and tried my best to stay outside his f.mk poke range as well as punishing his rolls with throws

While on the topic of Sm4sh-characters, can I go off-topic and ask if there’s any consensus on what the tier list in that game looks like? I haven’t really been able to get more information than “Sheik / Fox / Diddy da best” (again) and “Samus da worst” (AGAIN) since the game apparently gets patched constantly.
I might end up playing it at some point, and I can’t stand playing lackluster characters. #tierwhore4lyfe =V
