Nerf tostada drop SEVERELY. All versions. And I mean, make it so the El Fuerte scrubs online can’t abuse various versions of this move the ENTIRE round if they please. Make the recovery time punishable.
just from reading alot of what people want to be changed in this game scares me, i have a really bad feeling this game will turn into a bigger turtle fest then super was, basically any offensive character people want nerfed instead of practicing how to deal with them…
I doubt there will be massively new moves (E.G. Ryu’s donkey kick, Ken’s QCF kicks, Chun’s SA3, ect.) but I don’t think that new moves are ENTIRELY out of the question. I can see Capcom doing target combos or a new command normal or a new followup from a move if they use existing animations. They did it for Gen in AE with his 2 new target combos. They gave Hakan the oil shower followup after oil slide in AE as well. They also did EX Air Fireball after EX Demon Flip for Akuma.
But for example, I can see them giving Cammy Cannon Strike during hooligan combination I could see happening. I can’t see Akuma getting Misogi though.
Seth is low damage? dafuq? If Seth is low damage, then Rose much actually heal the opponent on hit. FFS Seth has some of the highest damage meterless combos in the game.
I have a feeling you don’t have a clue what balanced mean, and will keep thinking about “average success” chars if someone don’t explain it to you.

We can play the “find which char have the most of the even MU of the cast”, between 4 and 6, and finally, altogether closest to 5 than anything. No dominating MU, no weak MU. That’s balanced.

I saw that and thought about it, and assuming they DO nerf her normals and/or dive kick. I’d be ok with armor breaking spiral arrow on the condition that they remove the HK being FADCable and her EX Didn’t break armor.
Not as many as you might think. Cody’s crack kick being airborne is something that a lot of people already thought it WAS airborne for that matter. Plus while overall it’s a pretty hefty buff it does come with down sides. He loses a lot more ground if he gets poked out of it. He is susceptible to things that previously would not work on Crack kick (For example all of Gief’s Green Hands cause knockdown on airborne opponents. Dudley would be able to combo after a short swing blow instead of only being +2F. Sagat/Ryu/Ect would be able to do an EX Fireball juggle if they hit Cody with a fireball during the airborne frames.
It’s MOSTLY a good thing (like 80% of situations it’ll be safer, and it’ll give him some decent mixups and let him get out of the corner easier if he lands a knockdown.) but it isn’t ALL good.
95% of people don’t know anything outside of their own characters (Hell some of them don’t even know that much) and as a result just talk about things they don’t understand.
Actually, those are pretty legitimate gripes. Not saying they need fixing, but none of em are unreasonable. EX Thunderknuckle IS unsafe and slow (27F startup -5F) her far HP isn’t used that often because its usually better to go for her far MP or far HK (far HP is 14F startup.) her focus attack has the longest startup in the game (26F for level 1, 34F for level 2, 70F for level 3. While the norm is 21/29/65)
Her low forward does come up short but I believe that is fine given it’s frame data (5/3/14) being a low and being special cancelable.
