Shh. If you say “Destroying a character” 3x in a mirror Akuma mains come out and say any 1F change makes him low tier.
Ibuki’s a tough case. Her vortex is the most brainless to execute but really unlike other characters, Ibuki has basically nothing else to work with. Nerf her vortex and she plummets, keep it and it’s really frustrating to deal with.

90% of everything people posted on the rebalance threads at unity are just wishlist. Just a bunch of people trying to buff up their mains to easy mode status, and others trying to nerf the characters they have mental blocks or a bad match up against. With only a few people trying to balance characters for the greater good of the overall game balance. Lol…
