at least now that this movie is a bomb commercially (#5?? lol) and critically maybe michael ceras career will be hurt from it and the arrested development movie can get started
how much money are they going to waste on this franchise tho? tons of movie on a movie no one will see, a video game no one will buy, and now a cartoon on TV no one will watch

Saw it this afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought a few parts were over the top, and the first half was definitely better than the second half, but I still thought the overall package was very enjoyable. Michael Cera falls into the “was in Arrested Development, so he always gets a pass” category for me. I know he plays the same part in everything, and he’s not a great actor, but so what. He was George Michael.

It is also #1 on the Top 10 PS3 games, Top 10 PS3 Message Boards, and Top 10 Most Wanted FAQs. Don’t even try the “It’s on GFAQs so it doesn’t matter,” because popularity is the one thing that you can measure from GameFAQs.

One negative thing I have to say about the SP series. The soundtrack to the movie could have been better. I’m not talking about the music playing during the movie, but the actual soundtrack CD/mp4/etc. I really liked the Sex Bob-omb and Clash at Demonhead songs in the film, but the soundtrack versions of the Sex Bob-omb songs have too much distortion and the CD has the Metric version of Black Sheep instead of the Clash at Demonhead (different singer/opening).

Yeah saw this movie twice (some friends didn’t see it on the friday) and I loved it. Loved how much of the dialog was ripped from the book and how great the cast was (Chris Evans killed me :lol:).
I played the game for a bit, and its really good, I always have loved beat em ups and the soundtrack is amazing!
Finally, I would hit Knives or Ramona.
She’s my fav in the comic, and the actor wasn’t bad playing her, but I totally expected her to be a least a little cuter =/

she came off less cute tom boy and more lezbo imo…i wish they kept in the knives and her lezbo scene. woulda been lulz…but then that woulda have involved that whole break up plotline that they skipped.
Probably not. The two reasons that Ubi gave for not including online co-op was:
I prefer the game without online co-op anyway. What’s the point of playing a good ole’ beat em up with people you can’t actually interact with. especially at the cost of resources that can be put to good music and interface, which downloadable games often lack.
