if the times on the tougeki site are PM then it’s 12hr left because the local time in Japan now is about 7:20 AM

That schedule is for registration day of. It is 7 AM - 10 AM for registering for the tournaments. Which means KoF 98 should start somewhere around 10 AM Japan time, which is 9 PM EST. It will run at exactly the same times it ran yesterday.
10 AM - 6 PM Japan time
9 PM - 7 AM EST
so what time in japan is third strike gonna start and st:AE?
