who do you think can beat bronson? jop, arario, tom? tom could have beaten bronson. admittedly he WAS better when regionals were rolling. but if you have noticed tom has not even been taking top spots in local tournaments. so…

i doubt anyone could have gone to nationals and beaten bronson (making his national victory not a joke), and i doubt that anyone could represent america better in sbo.

i personally think that tomhilfiger is the only player who can beat bronson. but that could just be me.

Haha. I was pretty confident that kaqn’s team would win #R at SBO3. I mean… his team was so fucking stacked. Best Jam in Japan + best Eddie in Japan + one of the best Fausts in Japan = win. That team isn’t even fair. Haha. Oh well. I think kaqn has proven that he’s one of the best #R players in the world, given his consistency in placing top 4 at SBO. It’d be so dope if he came to Evo. :tup:

ok man, it’s all a matter of opinion till we get them all in the same room to PLAY. My opinion is bronson is easily one of the top5 best players in the country, EASILY…and that his win at Nats was much deserved (I gave him alot of props for the win…), I just think that Nationals wasn’t a good representation of the US as a whole. Buttload of EC’ers, a handful from everywhere else, and Bronson.

and I didn’t mean that Bronson winning was a joke, I meant the amount of people who needed to go as opposed to the people that did go was a joke.

Daigo didn’t win anything last year. he won 2 titles, but not consecutively.

You underestimate the power of the USA. People will always find something to complain about.

BTW… If someone kicked down $30,000 (or more), we only had 62 entrants per game, and last chance tournaments that were single elim, 1 game, and we had paid workers… Evo would probably be a bit more similar to SBO.

I kick down $30 for marvel every year at EVO. I think they just run shit better and finish things. I got something to complain about since Im in the US. I was promised a grip of shit after EVO2k3 for selling all your dvds with one match. I didnt get jack shit. lol. obviously loyalty musty be a factor too.

bronson is dope but I dont think he is the best represenative for the US. tom is dope too, but I think arario might be surpassing him by a bit.

I wanna see how Ogawa/kaqn/Pachi beat Sharon/012/Oguma. And hopefully the DVD has at least all of the matches > <. Interesting though, Arisaka-san beat kaqn and Pachi then Arisaka/Nemo/Imo lost to Ogawa LOL. Guess they were right about that. I dunno if you guys have read, Ogawa (during the Acho-cup) had a 100game win streak againts the top players. Just goes to show you how dominating that dude is.

Also Kuni-san, just wondering if Ogawa is interested in going to EVO this year. Would be nice to see him go here at least once.

Kaqn has not won 2 SBO titles back to back. His team won in SBO1, lost in SBO2 (to Sharon/Yukinose/Matsu; well… specifically Matsu’s three character comeback), and won in SBO3. That’s not saying kaqn sucks though.

We need kaqn and Ogawa to come to Evo for #R. Daigo is cool and all, but we need more TOP top players. :o
