All I have to say is, LOL @ people thinking there’s going to be time/space for not only singles side events, but also 2 on 2s and all the like. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope it works out, but being a pessimist at heart, I hope you’re not banking too much on it. This is probably going to be the biggest MWC in history due to SBO quals, and I predict that time/space/resources will be extremely tight. BTW, I watched some of the Arcana action at C3 and I think that game is 10000000 times better than Melty Blood.
Also, I want to personally thank those who have offered to donate some of their side-event pots to the SBO qualifiers. That is extremely generous of you and I’m sure whoever ends up winning will be extremely grateful. Be sure to talk to Jason/Sabre/the mystery tournament director at MWC and we’ll work out the details.

Phil, I never said there was going to be a 2on2 TEAM TOURNAMENT. Sorry to confuse everyone, but I meant 2on2 or 3 on3 as a “SPECIAL EVENT”. not necessarily a tournament. though if more teams want to do a region vs region battle (in Arcana) then im all for that if we have time. As is, with everything going on, we’re barely going to have time to finish the singles tourney.
Oh and Phil I appreciate your kind words on Arcana, but talking shit about Melty isn’t gonna do any good, considering a lot of people play both games.
Either way, I’m well aware of the time constraints involved, actually, I asked DreamTR a month or two ago if we could do this, and we got the green light, so it’s not like this is coming out of nowhere, just didn’t have the equipment physically IN OUR HANDS to announce anything.
Sabre: hehe…dunno man…well put it like this: ah2 is what ah1 shoulda been (sound/graphics, engine department) if you don’t like this game, then i don’t think you’ll ever like the series period. 
but most of the people who have seen the game in action says it looks hella fun (saturday at C3, we had a crowd of 20-30 people just to see what was good with AH2, shit was so bad Sp00ky started taking names for the line just so cats could play)
BTW, fairly sure we will donate some of the pot to the SBO qualifiers from our Arcana 2 tourney, I mean, not like itll be much, but w/e
I wasn’t trying to win favor with Arcana players, I was just stating my opinion. you know I’m not one to be afraid to say what I really feel. melty blood looks like the same bullshit magic juggle combos over and over, while arcana looks like theres actually some variety of gameplay (similar to guilty gear).
Yeah, it was a little over 120 for CVS1…that was frightening.
Nah its cool, you can play Zenia or whatever, this is if it even happens. We can all hope, haha.
BTW there’s nothing going on friday as far as our events, should we do AH2 2v2 on friday, save singles for sunday?

I’ve had multiple people ask to stay here, and if you’re not one of these 6, then i can’t let you stay. In addition, if someone just “shows up”, i won’t let you stay either, if it was my place, i’d be more lenient, but it’s still my parents house, and i don’t really want to let people that i haven’t met before stay over, you know?
