i really have no idea who is gonna win SBO with those 3 teams in the running, it might come down to who is on fire that day. its a war of monsters and beasts, who will win!?

So the Japanese qualifiers are starting in these days, and I think we need an official topic.

I just had word from my Chinese friend Sherlock (who’s usually a good source, as he was talking about the Kuroda DVDs long before the topic was brought on this forum) about 3 teams that seems to be very likely (if not already signed up):

MOV (CH), Kuroda (GO), Ino (MA) :hitit:

RX (UR), Nuki (CH), KO (YA?)

Boss (YA/MA?), Ochibi (YU), Rikimaru (CH)

3 hella strong teams; RX and Nuki are going to get raped by KO’s SBO Curse

this just brings chills down my spine…

MOV better not rape like he did in SBO4

but K.O, Nuki and RX!!! must i even say anything but K.O curse anyone???

Nah NUKI is too strong and Rx is too godly. I believe this team will win. i’d bet a c-note on it with the quickness. :woot:

I think K.O. = MOV.

RX < Ino ( Urien big Dis-advantage)

What’s K.O.'s SBO curse? Does he lose alot when in SBO?

KO’s curse is that he’s lost in every SBO since the first one, usually losing it at either the Finals or Semis. I do hope he wins this year though, the guy certainly deserves it. I mean, Chibita went through sort of a similar phase until he finally won his first SBO last year, so anything’s possible.

Oh, and Hol Horse: The team name’s “Playland F1”, and the Elena is “Seigakuenchou”.

KO’s curse is that he’s lost in every SBO since the first one, usually losing it at either the Finals or Semis.

There’s more to the KO curse.On every edition where 3s was 2on2 (all but SBO3) it always went like that: he goes first, OCV’s all the team he meets going undefeated, then the curse hits:
SBO1, reaches the semifinals undefeated (3 OCVs), goes first, barely loses to Izu who then goes to rape Danna and Boss
SBO2, reaches the semifinals undefeated (3 OCVs), goes first, beats Issei, beats Xiao, barely loses to J who then rapes Boss and Nuki
SBO4, reaches the semifinals undefeated (3 OCVs), goes first, beats Spell J and Nitto, then barely loese to MOV who then rapes Nuki and Kokujin
SBO5, reaches the quarter finals undefeated (2 OCVs), goes first, beats Yakkun and Take, then barely loses to Rikimaru who then rapes Boss and MOV.

you forgot sbo3 gets to the final match, nuki beats kokujin, ko beats down nuki, misses something in the second round against daigo THAT HE NEVER MISSES gets supered, loses momentum dies to daigo

true, but that was also the only time when he lost a match and his teammate actually helped him (lost to Hayao in semifinal then Kokujin took Hayao out)
In ALL the 3 on 3 editions, KO’s teammates never won a single match.
