man kuroda is going to show up last chance quals i know it

just like what Q would do irl

gratz Naz, Raju and CIV…

I have been thinking the same, Kuroda will and beasting on e1 and will win the Last Quals,

Two more teams qualified in Japan over the weekend.
Junin with two new guys that I don’t know.
Matsuken with two other new guys that I don’t know neither.

  1. “???” - ??(GO), ???(YU), ???(EL)
  2. “???” - ???(KE), OJA(YU), ??(CH)
  1. Junin(GO), Tackle Maeda(YU), Ikego(EL)
  2. Matsuken(KE), OJA(YU), Kirin(CH)

Hmmm, I wonder if that’s actually OJI on Matsuken’s team. Kirin appeared in the gvision ranbat 6.5 (5/24) playing on Matsuken’s team there; his name apparently means “legendary creature”. I’ve seen Tackle Maeda in ranbat 5.9 (Kokujin’s last ranbat) playing on MOV’s team. Ikego I’ve not seen, but hey - another elena player, sweet.

Well, there’s the 1st team with the big 3, cool to see Junin and Matsuken make it.

There are some OJA vids i think… kyushu taikai comes to mind, pretty good Yun from what Ive seen.

Two more teams!!! With a bonus Ryu! Finally!

  1. ??(YU), ??(CH), ???(MA) < another team from Osaka!
  2. sako(CH), ???(RY), ???(KE)

One more official jap team left!!!

  1. matsuda ( YU ), umezono ( CH ), shiro itachi ( MA ) < another team from Osaka!

  2. sako ( CH ), nekonohi ( RY ), nakanishi ( KE )

Yeah, matsuda and umezono always pair up and seem to grab a spot. I think they’ll be a strong team this time given that they don’t run into another insane beasting by deshiken.

With one left I hope either Mester/Raoh/Match or Spell-J/Inoue/J make it. But there’s always last chance quals…

big names still missing indeed
I really hope Spell-J/Inoue/J make it, I always like to watch their matches
expecially J

We need Kuroda/Hayao/Whomever :frowning:

Kuroda/Hayao/Daigo!!!

Inoue actually doesn’t play 3rd Strike anymore–he quit several years ago when VF4 came out. He plays VF only now.

Inoue the Oro player? Note that this is 2006 footage.

Whoops, Oro Inoue is a different guy. I assumed you meant the Inoue with Urien/Dudley that played with SpellJ in the first couple of Co-op cups and I believe SBO1 or SBO2.

Is the Inoue you’re talking about the same guy that people would refer to as just Ino who played a really good K groove in CVS2? Or is he a different guy too?

CVS2 Ino is also a different guy.

kuroda hayao and yamazaki would be awesome but yamizaki allready has a team, either that a good sean player lol:cool:

omg the last chance quali’s open to foreigners only. here’s to hoping that vic yi and amir will make it.
