Didn’t read much past the OP, so sorry if this has already been addressed, but Blazblue has to be in the official lineup. GG is the Midwest’s signature game, and the vast majority of that scene will be all over BB as well.
I have to agree. Needs moar BlazBlue and KOF12 IMO.
I’m already mad hype for this and it’s still a few months away.
Last year was pretty fun and I bet this year is gonna be even more hype.

Yeah the thing is, have you ever tried to move an arcade cabinet before? Its like a solid brick of particle board. I estimate my machine weighs about as much as 2 refrigerators. Right now its on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator. If people help I will bring it!
I navigated 3 flights of steps with my cab when I got it with 4 people. And it sucked.
Get yourself a heavy duty 4 wheel dolly, or rent one.

just throwing a vote in there to have cvs2 be an official tournament. i know the midwest isn’t known for cvs2, but since this is basically a major tournament now, it’s almost unfair NOT to have it with everyone that flies in from around the nation. i know the game list isn’t set yet, but i just had to chime in.
and it would be the main reason for me to head up there for the tourney:wgrin:.

To reiterate: please voice for what game you want, but everyone keep in mind our time and space wil be limited this year. We’ll appease as many as we can, but that doesn’t mean we can run every game.
Like Fugee said, some of the schedule will probably depend on what happens at Evo this year.
Otherwise, please post about the games you plan on entering.

Well personally speaking, the only FG I’m interested in is BB. I’m looking at the new Melty Blood as well, but that one solely as a side tourney permitting time/space.
