Too early to see know how it plays but we will see.
I thought it’s going to just have custom soundtracks like every game does, meaning you can’t assign stage music or anything, just you play a strong of mp3s instead of the game audio. I still think the DC way is easier though since you just slap in a disc instead of having to go into each console, copy your music onto it, and assign it.
If I’m wrong about how the PSN Marvel is doing soundtracks then awesome. I posted in the demo thread to see what Wizard says, since I can’t find confirmation anywhere.

Doing Marvel on PS3 means people have to carry around fewer controllers / sticks. It also means fewer total consoles need to be used.
But that means another game is going to be hogging up PS3s. SF4, HDr, and SCIV are all on PS3.
Yeah, it’s not like there aren’t at least tens of people who can bring Dreamcasts/sticks. Pretty sure everyone who plays Marvel competitively owns an Agetec stick and a DC.
Are these games going to be run at the same time? In my experience, SCIV tourneys go really fast, so the question comes down to timing. In the span of 3 days, can 4 tournaments be run on the same system? I’d like to think the answer is yes, but its going to be up to the staff to decide.

There’s actually only two days for the official tournies. Plus SFIV is going to need as many stations as possible. But we’ll see, I’m sure if it ends up on PS3 people will step up and donate consoles.
