They aren’t delivering to each individual user, ustream is. They’re just uploading to ustream. You don’t need that good of a connection to stream at these low resolutions.
Real talk, this is how streams should be, and will be done by Heart of Battle. Not to toot my own horn, but the influx of crappy streams lately is appalling.
