but uhh, like a week before i came there was only 1 gaurd at the site. 2/3 quit instantly, so i get placed there and trained like crazy, and when theres only 2 gaurds at a site you’re basically working alternating 12 hour shifts. but there is another gaurd comming today or tomorrow so ill be going back to regular 8 hour shifts (except when working on the weekend, then its 12hours).
ive got tuesday - thursday off this week, and turs/fri off next week.
ps. working nights is the best gig ever. i get there at 12:30, roll up a J while watching an episode of whatever show i fancy, do a 30 min patrol of the building (its fuckin big) then blaze and do what i want till around 7:30am, with another big patrol and 2 small 5 min patrols thrown in. i dont have to deal with people who shouldnt be there (im the only one in the building) and sometimes i can go into the kitchen and swipe some chocolate bars/glosettes. if my moms laptop could handle wow that’d be cool, but dota works just fine.
edit: just so everyone knows, if im at work im usually on dota by 1:45 or 2am after having blazed and done 1 pat so if you’re up late and wana play go to channel boondizzle or msg “itsajames”
