Shitty situation bud. She should definitely put any real amounts of money in the bank from this point forward. It’s one thing when it’s something like physical property because you can keep track of what was lost. Cash basically comes down to her word vs your grandmother and never goes anywhere from the legal side of things unless she’s caught in the act of the theft.
poeta, leave a big stash of cash again at ur grandmother house. and have all the serial number copy down. when you notice the money is missing, stop her, and call the police, if any of the serial number matchs then she be caught in the act, or get a camera.
trouble is she can probably get rid of it by the time the money is missing.
