Didnt make it but that’s a simple one. Make the border on one layer with pencil tool 1px thickness. Make a new layer with the new lighting(he made that light himself with the pencil tool) now just move it along smoothly untill you find out where you want it to stop(you can use motion tweening too, if you want I can make a quick tutorial sometime). All can be done in image ready. Simple pixle art :tup:

OK look I’m not going to tell you how to deal with this situation but just as a means of clarifying here. The interest here is insanity. As a point of reference, the highest interest rate charged on anything legal (outside of a Credit Union usuarry clause which is 60% compounded annually) is a Platinum Credit Card. Barring the annual fee, their interest rate is 27.5% compounded ANNUALLY, which breaks down to about 2.2912% monthly. For the sake of arguement because Brett owes actual money, we’ll apply the interest that goes on a cash advance, in which case it’s 34.5%, which breaks down monthly to 2.875%.
Now do the math. Your interest rate (20.5%) is (taken monthly) nearly seven times (6.95 to be exact) the amount of a PLATINUM CARD. Like I said, you two figure it out but there’s a point where you want to cut someone a break and then there’s well… extortion.

On a side note. Curt, incase you didnt know, theres no way in hell a bank will loan you money for 850 dollars. They start at 5000 dollars. I know because i went to at least a dozen places looking for a loan for my car. If brett was to go to the bank for money, he would be charged credit card insterest as thats the only way he would be able to pay me, by using a credit card.

yo i remember when everybody was building hype about how this “teddy” guy is too good to play against. I didn’t see the big deal and i played him at his house…that time i used the controller and it would seem as if i had the upperhand at first and he basically infinited me to death…i never won any matches for the whole evening…even anant(who claimed) he never plays was beating me badly…i felt so shamed…

Now i guess people got real tired of losing and decided to really step up their game, with teddy giving mvc2 a break thats when everything went downhill… i still continued to never win…
Look Chris it’s quite simple. If you don’t want your situation up for scrutiny, don’t post it on SRK to begin with. There are numerous methods of finding Brett online, just ask any number of Sauga players (you could have even asked me) for his MSN information. If you look back a few pages, you see that I had to make it clear to Brett this whole daily update blah blah blah was getting out of hand and you two should handle it outside of the forums. In fact I was applauded by a number of our SF peers for doing so because no one wanted to read about it any longer.
This isn’t about starting shit, it’s about making a post on a message board in rebuttle to another post on a message board. Somewhere along the line you fuse the concept of “private conversation” and “open post” and come to the conclusion that the latter entitles you to the formers advantages. It quite simply does not. I don’t air my private grievances in open forum. If I have a personal issue with someone I deal with it over the phone (why doesn’t anyone use their phones anymore?) or over MSN. If I want something open to public opinion, it gets thrown on SRK for everyone to see.
On a somewhat related note, pinning your means of billing Brett on my post is proposterous and you know it. Keep your billing issue with Brett out of public forum and you don’t hear about it from myself or any other person.

i had clearly said before that i didnt want to hear from you. I was going out for the day and had 20 min to get the msg to bret. I wanted to get it to him as fast as possible so he had as much time to deal with the situation.
Curt the point is, regardless if its an open forum or not, i asked people to stay out of it. Read it all you want… but stay the fuck out. Everyone else seemed to respect what i had to say as nobody else is even sharing their opinion in the matter. Which i thank them for.
One more thing. I never used the PM system on srk before and just noticed it today. Psycho had been pming me for the past few weeks and i hadnt known. He even said in the pm that he would most likely chose option 2, so clearly its not that fucking insane is it? Its only 170 bucks more and u get 2 extra weeks. Regardless of why the extra money is added on, he seemed pretty ok with it.
