Chris; Sauga is Sauga from Bryan all the way down to Little R. Matt’s whole point is trying to establish “Bryan” as a way of saying “Sauga” when he’s just one of the entire whole. I’m not saying that Sauga did badly, but I am saying that Sauga as a whole most certainly did not “RIP” (with caps as Matt had to put it) on anyone the last time all you guys showed up.
As a suggestion; you guys should all show up on July 7th for the last ORBIT tournament before T7. Considering a lot of you have been absent lately, a little rust shaking on jap sticks might be a good idea so the complaining is tempered come T7.

I’m also gonna try to come to that july 7th tourny if possible too. I had some dinner party I had to go to at my girlfriends house yesterday so I couldn’t make it to orbit. I wanted to go though. I even told gordon I’d be there and then didnt show up cuz i forgot all about it =P lol.
too bad the marvel cabinet hates me now. landed 2 captain swords, and u added the dmg those 2 did, was less then a hp.

Lessard: Lisa(well I think her name was lisa…) called me from bestbuy today and I did a quick phone interview. Shit went well I think cuz i had her laughing and stuff. She asked me what I did in the past to give outstanding customer service. I pretty much made up complete bullshit on the spot and it was a funny story. Anyways, she said if I got the job I would hear back from your store within a week. Hopefully I got at least another interview…

Ya I happened to be on the two teams with the two best players in each respected game. It doesn’t mean I didn’t hold it down. I didn’t even have a choice of holding it down in the finals, GerJay went undefeated so Bry played to end it quickly.
Oh ya you forget to highlight Yu-Hin. I coulda sworn he’s from Sauga. I find it funny how you shit on people for not going because you think they dont wanna reach because they wont place well enough or top 5.
I dunno, from my point of view we were ripping shit left right and center that day. Probably cause I didn’t experience any defeat, but if it wasn’t for DarkDragon holding it down rediculously, Sauga woulda taken 1st and 2nd at that tournament Kinda hard to shake the feeling of owning everyone else when you’re on the winning side though.

Before I start, I’d like to point out that this arguement was put forth by Matt “Team Tournaments/console tournaments/tournaments that aren’t on sticks that I won on” Machula. Seems he only brings up team tournaments if they suit his case. But if they don’t suit his case then only singles tournaments in an arcade count. So my bringing up the last singles tournament (Christmas Countdown) where all of Sauga showed is moot. But hey, we’ll indulge Matt because I’m bored at my parents place and could use the few hours I know you’ll provide to keep me entertained.
ALL OF SAUGA did not RIP on anything. First off, we’re going to completely disregard the May singles tournament because that doesn’t have ALL of Sauga (whatever that means, I guess you mean the people that hang at Lessard’s). So we have a team tournament. Your Team consists of the best player in Canada, the 2nd best player in the entire west end of the province and you. Like I said, enjoy your free pass to 1st place. Now let’s move down the line. I left out Yuhin because he was one player on a team. I also left out Yuhin because Alex did all of the work in the tournament EXCEPT for Yuhin’s insane Spider Man in his other match AGAINST SAUGA… WHO CAME FOURTH! So what you actually have is Bryan & Gerjay and a charity case (let’s not kid ourselves, they could have taken Lessard and come first) winning (when they should), and another TEAM coming 4th.
You, my misinformed friend are wrong. “Sauga” did not RIP (caps) on anything. Bryan & Gerjay did what they always do while the rest of Sauga had a solid day, some good matches (Team White Boyz vs TOSF was the easy highlight of the tournament) and a few laughs. One day you’re going to distinguish “Bryan” and “Sauga” and realize that the one is greater than the rest and you’re just hanging on to someone else’s glory.

And I don’t even agree with Sauga > Canada at Marvel. To be honest, if people in Sauga actually thought they were > Canada at Marvel they’d be joining tournaments.

That’s a very mature response (sarcasm, since if you read the T7 thread you’d see that people are too stupid to catch when people are sarcastic or not). If you don’t want to chill with me then don’t. Also, consider yourself off any team with me again. You think driving’s a big favour? How about pulling your useless butt through a team tourney when you lose every match and then hearing you trash talk the team when we win. Especially when me/Bry (aka the people who won) are humble enough to take our wins and losses with some dignity. You do the same thing in every team game. Either way, sticks are at my house and aren’t leaving till I do.
And no, I don’t always stick up for Curt. I stick up for the voice of reason, and most of the time that happens to be Curt and almost never you…
BTW, if you actually watched the finals in CvS2, you’d notice Bry always (I mean every single game in those finals) had to clean up the mess you left him. EVERY SINGLE MATCH. Bry always brought it to a nice balanced playing field for Roger to work through (cept maybe one match…).
