News flash: the ~3 people from saskatoon who post here are not ‘the community’. The vast majority of people in saskatoon who enjoy video games don’t post here, and its because of you and Ric.
Now, calmly, like an adult, and without bringing me up, I’d like to hear one reason why the sask thread needs 100 posts a day from a manitoba resident, 98% of which are calling out our resident troll, other than that you simply have no life.
No they are the community. They are the people who attend and organize events via SRK. That’s what this site is for. Maybe you could create your own forum, basement buddy’s FGC or something and then chat with them and have your own community. As it stands you a nobody who contributes nothing to this community.
If you can look back at the sask threads over the years and honestly use the word ‘community’ I think thats really sad.
My point is that more people might post here if you and Ric stopped this.

The sask thread would also never be as active as other community threads because for the most post there isnt enough events to validate massive discussion on this thread. Whenever the regina and saskatoon guys get together most of the things they have to say or talk about are done in person or through text/FB/MSN ect. Whenever I wasn’t on this board the thread dropped to the bottom page outside the occasional post from dalton or losha, but in reality this thread doesnt have a lot to offer until sask establishes a more developed community. All the drama is at least keeping the sask community relevant and sure maybe its not about anything important but people are always welcomed to talk about whatever they want on this thread and no one is gate keeping certain topics. Most importantly, troll/sonic/lolurfree have done nothing to grow the community and the worst part is that unlike anyone else here none of them are even real…I really hope the mod just bans their useless asses already.
I’m looking forward to meeting the regina scene and I hope you guys can help me improve my game.

edit: I find it somewhat hilarious that about a week ago I was joking with a guy at school about how ridiculous it would be to torrent scans of comics, which seemed to me a completely ridiculous idea at the time, yet now I’m doing exactly that. Haha
