Players will adapt, or they’ll get destroyed. Easy. Tournament players will gravitate to Yun (as you can see the trend has been on the rankings, at least the one’s I’ve seen) or whatever “over powered” characters there are. Me? I’ll stay as the lowly Jaguar, Adon. Because I like 'em and he’s fun to play with (though takes a lot of skill to win with consistently).
I guess it’ll just require that much more practise for some people. Also, 95% of the cast doesn’t matter, as online all you ever seen are Akuma, Ryu and Ken. Offline is a different matter, of course, but then, so what? If it’s bad enough, people will avoid AE, or gravitate to MK9 or whatever game tickles their fancy. Maybe it’ll finally force the billions of Ryu’s and Ken’s to try someone new. Even if that someone new is… Evil Ryu. I guess we just can’t win, can we?

Edit: Oh that match breaks my heart. Chun vs Sagat in ST is like a 7-3 for Chun. I think it’s her most difficult match. I wish you pull out your Ryu more often. You are still the most skillful Ryu I’ve ever played.
